FMX is seeking a Part-Time Field Marketing Coordinator to join our growing Field Marketing team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of trade shows, events, and other marketing initiatives and will support our Marketing and Sales teams.

Responsibilities:
Event Logistics/Preparation: Assist in planning and execution of trade shows, conferences and other events, such as registration, shipping, and payment. Manage event materials, including inventory, shipping, and on-site organization.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to understand sales plans and effectively help execute events that align with each territory's goals.
Budget Management: Utilize Brex, our expense management platform, to track and monitor event budgets and spending on a quarterly basis.
Data and Reporting: Collect and analyze data to provide actionable insights, helping determine the effectiveness and ROI of attending specific events and guiding future participation decisions.
Vendor Communication/Collaboration: Coordinate with vendors to manage booth shipments and ensure seamless event set up and execution.
