FMX is seeking a Part-Time Field Marketing Coordinator to join our growing Field Marketing team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of trade shows, events, and other marketing initiatives and will support our Marketing and Sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. This position offers a highly flexible schedule to accommodate your availability.

Responsibilities:

  • Event Logistics/Preparation: Assist in planning and execution of trade shows, conferences and other events, such as registration, shipping, and payment. Manage event materials, including inventory, shipping, and on-site organization.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to understand sales plans and effectively help execute events that align with each territory’s goals.
  • Budget Management: Utilize Brex, our expense management platform, to track and monitor event budgets and spending on a quarterly basis.
  • Data and Reporting: Collect and analyze data to provide actionable insights, helping determine the effectiveness and ROI of attending specific events and guiding future participation decisions.
  • Vendor Communication/Collaboration: Coordinate with vendors to manage booth shipments and ensure seamless event set up and execution.

Requirements

Preferred Experience & Qualities:

  • Preferred 1+ years of experience with event planning, field marketing, or other relevant marketing/sales experience
  • Preferred knowledge of SaaS marketing operations 
  • Preferred experience with Salesforce, AirTable, Google Tools, event management software (Cvent, Swoogo, Whova, Splash), Brex (or other internal finance tool)
  • Must be a highly self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with the ability to prioritize
  • Must demonstrate strong ethics and integrity
  • Must have strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and planning skills to work with team members at all levels effectively
  • Ability to come into our office, up to 80% of the week, during our busy seasons (September-October & March-April).

Be prepared to discuss your background as well as what you’re looking for in your next role and what direction you see your career path taking. Also, this is a great time for you to ask questions about the expectations for this role, team culture, etc.
  • Final Interview: A 30-60 minute peer interview with the Field Marketing Team

Compensation:

  • The hourly range for this position is expected to be $15/hr. 
  • You can expect to work up to 20 hours per week.
