The Professional, Field Marketing & Community Partnerships plays a critical role in strengthening MVP Health Care's brand value and creating opportunities to connect with our members and potential members through community organizations and events. Responsibilities include oversight and relationship management of vendor/partner relationships, sponsorships and initiatives that support growth - both new sales and retention. In this role, the individual will work on strategic initiatives and maintain relationships that involve sales, marketing, and community relations. The individual in this position will require strong project management and communication skills to ensure the strategic goals and objectives are executed upon.

Responsibilities of Professional, Field Marketing & Community Partnerships.

Negotiate and coordinate the execution and positioning of deliverables involved with sponsorships and key strategic community partners.

  • Relationship management: identify, manage and nurture existing and new relationships with community-based partners to maximize opportunities.

  • Identify, negotiate, and execute community sponsorship opportunities that support sales. strategies and key initiatives, growth targets and build brand value for the organization within defined territory.

  • Design programming for activation of partnerships and work cross departmentally to execute successfully.

  • Keep abreast of regional nuances, requirements, and developments in the community and healthcare segments.

  • Build and develop a positive relationship with the sales team across the assigned territory; maintain frequent communication to determine needs and most appropriate use of resources.

  • Collaborate with marketing partners to develop collateral and promotional assets, as well as provide field input and insights.

  • Assist in managing Community Ambassador program. Identifying candidates, training, and coordinating operational aspects of community activation.

  • Utilize data and insights to report on the success of programmatic and community efforts.

Qualifications of Professional, Field Marketing & Community Partnerships.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • 5 years of professional experience in sales and marketing, community relations or related field.

  • Account Based Marketing or Account Based Sales experience (preferred).

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with deep experience and success prioritizing complex projects.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate across businesses and leadership levels.

  • Ability to travel throughout the MVP footprint (NYS and VT).

  • Ability to work outside the normal workday to implement division and experiential marketing events.

  • Demonstrates ability to negotiate and build consensus.

  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with other departments.

  • Experienced in budget management and tracking to goals.

  • Highly motivated individual who can effectively work within a fast paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.

  • Creative approach to problem solving.

  • Approached work proactively and takes initiative to improve systems and processes.

  • Vision and task oriented with impeccable work ethic.

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
