Responsible for managing fielded hardware and Field Service Representatives (FSRs) at various sites worldwide to meet the requirements of the contract.
Due to the nature of our work qualified candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
This position may be filled at a higher grade based on the successful applicant's skills, education and experience.

BSEE degree and/or equivalent years of experience in engineering discipline.
Engineering leadership role experience and/or Field Engineering experience.
Active DoD Security Clearance.
Able to interface effectively and frequently with internal and external customers.
Acts as the primary point of contact between assigned FSRs, Program Management, and Engineering.
Responsible to ensure compliance with all contractual obligations for assigned sites.
Responsible to ensure adequate staffing at each site to insure mission success.
Responsible to develop assigned FSRs technical expertise.
Directs the work of the assigned FSRs to meet the fielded site(s) technical, sustainment and administrative requirements.
Responsible for job performance of the assigned FSRs with primary goal to earn customer(s) satisfaction and continued business.
Reviews statement of work and support proposal estimating and submittals.
Participates (if requested) in the negotiation of contract.
Allocates budget and schedule for the assigned fielded sites. Adjusts site staffing or schedule due to contract changes.
Comprehends Earned Management Value System
Responsible to pass internal, prime or government requested audits.
Provides staffing forecast to meet the needs of the projected contractual obligations.
Coordinates with Director of Field Engineering Organization in matters related to assigned FSRs hiring, termination, job performance issues, salary and promotion decisions.
