We are looking for an Analyst who is passionate about data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving to support our Incentive and Recognition Programs. You will have the unique opportunity to join a growing team while you shape and drive our Companys analytical capabilities
In this role, you will help us plan, implement, and optimize our incentive and recognition strategy across multiple channels. These channels include Direct Sales, E-Commerce, Pop-Up Retail, Traditional Retail, and Brand Partnerships.
You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires strategic thinking, excellent organization skills and follow-up, as well as effective verbal and written communication.
Work with Field Integration Team to develop trip and incentive programs; producing sales models, business case briefs on incremental lift, cost, ROI and financial impact.
Lead evaluation of effectiveness of incentive programs before, during and after.
Work with Customer Experience Team to evaluate effectiveness of Recognition program
Offer compelling incentive and recognition strategies to increase financial impact of programs
Support business planning cycles and board meetings with forecasting, analyses, and development of presentation materials.
3+ years of experience in analytically-focused role, such as financial analyst, business analyst, or strategy/operations consultant
Demonstrated creativity and analytical ability: Experience developing approaches to address complex questions, produce error-free analyses, and generate concise report-out deliverables
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities
Strong communication skills; written and verbal.
High degree of attention to detail and diligence in verifying accuracy & completeness of work
Experience with analyzing data and creating interactive data visualization reports, with a preference for familiarity/proficiency in Looker, Tableau, SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Direct Sales/Direct Retail experience preferred but not required.
