Job Summary: You will lead our recruiting and employee experience function for our Healthcare Client across the DMV. As a director you will bring executive presence and global mindset in developing best-in-class talent, strategies, and initiatives. You will develop aggressive sourcing strategies to build and leverage a pipeline of qualified, diverse, and cleared service personal to support the cleaning effort for all of Kaiser Permanente union locations. You should possess demonstrated knowledge of top recruiting techniques and models. You are highly engaged, always on the hunt, familiar with the competitive landscape, forward-thinking, adaptive, and a planner who anticipates and creates effective plans.

What will you do?

  • Drive recruitment strategy for healthcare division

  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure both internal and external pipelines meet current and future needs.

  • Lead, coach, and develop direct reports and project teams in a complex and high-volume recruiting environment to ensure successful execution of PMM's recruiting plan.

  • Lead efforts to building a robust pipeline by researching and sourcing via a variety of talent pools across different markets and candidate sources.

  • Oversee and support diversity goals and hiring objectives of the company.

  • Collaborate with leadership to set pipeline strategy, conduct talent acquisition planning and forecasting sessions.

  • Ensure new hires are successfully onboarded in a timely manner

  • Support and facilitate programs for employee professional development and recognition. This will include development allowances, professional assessments, professional development plans, service awards and other recognition.

  • Work directly with Client's supervisors and Managers to assist them in carrying out their responsibilities on personnel matters.

  • Facilitate issue resolution between employees and managers, as required

  • Perform employee and labor relations duties, including grievance procedures, contract interpretation, and local contract negotiations

  • Partners with Corporate Director of HR to provide ongoing HR consulting services to employees and leaders regarding HR programs, practices, policies, and regulatory requirements including interpretation of policy.

  • Assists Corporate HR in the development of HR policies and procedures as well as recognition and reward programs that drive performance results, contribute to a highly engaged workforce.

Who will get this role?

  • Bachelor's Degree required.

  • Advanced degree in Business, Human Resources or Organizational Development is preferred.

  • 8+ years of corporate HR, recruitment, or operations experience with evidence of career growth and advancement.

  • 5+ years of experience leading people with strong coaching, motivating, and mentoring skills required.

  • Experience successfully managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders with a track record of delivering on-time, high quality results.

  • Experience working with unions a plus

  • Bilingual Spanish/English

  • Strong Attention to detail and organization skills

  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (word, PowerPoint, excel, teams)
