Job Description Job Description Minimum 1 years nursing experience required. Field Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) OpportunityHawthorne, NY Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced Field Home Health RN for a contract role in Hawthorne, NY.

If you have at least one year of recent home health experience, this is your chance to make a difference Key Responsibilities: Conduct OASIS Start of Care assessments. Provide care including wound care, IV and medication administration, and patient education.

Travel locally to serve patients in their homes. Schedule & Requirements: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM, 40 hours/week with occasional on-call or weekends.

Active New York RN license and BLS certification required. Proficiency in OASIS and HomeCare HomeBase essential. Why Sunbelt?
