Job Description: Field Engineer - Multifamily Construction

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and talented Field Engineer to join our multifamily construction team. As a Field Engineer, you will work closely with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure the successful execution of construction projects from start to finish. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of construction activities under the guidance of senior team members.
• Conduct on-site inspections and quality control checks to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth workflow and timely project completion.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and as-built drawings.
• Support project managers in managing project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Assist in resolving technical issues and providing innovative solutions to construction challenges.
• Participate in regular meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Knowledge of construction principles, practices, and techniques gained through coursework, internships, or prior work experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Procore is a requirement
