The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for working in a dynamic, hands-on environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide on-site engineering support for construction projects, including roadwork, bridge construction, and other heavy civil projects.

Assist in daily project management, ensuring all construction activities are executed according to plans and specifications. Conduct surveys, measurements, and site evaluations to ensure compliance with design plans. Coordinate and communicate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.

Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and other technical documents. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment for all personnel on site. Track materials, equipment, and labor to ensure efficient project execution.
