  • Visit clients on site when solutions are not able to be delivered remotely.

  • Resolve technical issues involving Microsoft's core business applications and operating systems.

  • Provide technical support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity.

  • Deliver basic remote access solution implementation and support: VPN, Terminal Services, and Citrix.

  • Monitor management system alerts and notifications, and respond accordingly through service tickets.

  • System documentation, maintenance, and review.

  • Communicate with customers as required, i.e., keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages.

  • Provide the highest level of customer service, perception, and satisfaction. Achieve 90% or better satisfaction rate.

  • Represent Five Nines by being an on-site IT Professional for a major client.

  • Meet client response SLA's 95% of time.

  • Meet client resolution SLA's 80% of time.

  • Enter all work as service tickets 100% of the time.

  • Bring a positive attitude and high energy 100% of the time.

What you should bring to the table:

  • Advanced understanding of operating systems, business applications, and printing systems.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential to provide high-level customer service.

  • Ability to diagnose technical issues.

  • Technical awareness: ability to match resources to technical issues appropriately.

  • Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task while working in a fast pace environment.

  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.

VIEW JOBS 4/10/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-07-09T00:00 Requisition ID: 79866 Primary Responsibilities: * Support construction activities by planning, organizing and implementing the following functions: project controls system, engineering interface, subcontracts and materials management, purchasing and scheduling. * Assist project management in expediting material deliveries, estimating and processing change orders, preparing monthly billings and preparing shop drawings. * May serve as a discipline engineer or as a lead on a medium-sized project. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field of engineering or equivalent experience and education with two or more years' experience in deep foundations. * Infrastructure/Heavy Civil project experience is required. * Must have working knowledge and be able to direct the operations of at least these management systems: scheduling - CPM, unit man-hour performance, material control, estimating and subcontracts. * Experience with leadership and management of people, communication (verbal and written), planning and organization. * Must have a willingness to relocate. Working Conditions: * Fast-paced field project environment. * Must be able to interact professionally with craft, staff and project management while simultaneously managing a diversified workload and challenging situations efficiently and effectively. * Occasionally lift, climb and move up objects up to 50 pounds. * Travel possible as project needs dictate.
