This field position is based in Colorado and will support Bright Horizons centers located in Colorado, Utah and Montana.
At Bright Horizons, Field Education and Training Specialists are considered the curriculum experts for their regions and age groups, and spend most of their time inspiring the teaching teams in the development of an innovative emergent curriculum that fully utilizes our World at Your Fingertips resources.
As a Field Education and Training Specialist at Bright Horizons, you will:
Provide guidance, consultation, and coaching to ensure implementation of World at Their Fingertips and the Quality Expectations;
Support the leadership teams in your region/division as curricular leaders;
Organize and implement new employee orientation and ensure the on-boarding process for new employees is carried out effectively;
Provide quality initiative, such as accreditation, support;
Serve as a division trainer and expert on myriad of topics, including enrichment and diversity awareness;
Impact the lives of children and families each and every day.

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, or equivalent, is required.
10 years of professional early childhood experience via a combination of education/teaching and leadership experience with a minimum of 2 years in a center leadership role (education coordinator/assistant director/director) required
5 years' demonstrated ability to lead staff in implementation of developmentally appropriate curriculum; supervisory experience preferred.
Expertise in child development and developmentally appropriate curriculum.
Must meet state requirements for education; additional center/school requirements may apply.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to create partnerships with center leadership and staff.
Experience and skill in communication, leadership, and organization.
Experience with the NAEYC Accreditation process strongly preferred.
Computer skills to include Microsoft Office systems.
Detail-oriented with excellent follow through.
Demonstrated coaching and mentoring skills.
Charismatic and motivating public speaker.
Must be qualified to facilitate CEU granting courses, or have the ability to obtain qualifications.
Position will be based out of Colorado - ideally near Denver.
