As an Field Director/Assistant Supervisor you will be responsible for assisting the Project Supervisor by monitoring adherence to project guidelines, resolution of client inquiries to ensure project is completed on-time and meets client requirements. Job Responsibilities Time Spent(%) 20% Coordinates the resolution of data holds, payment holds and resolves RFAs 15% Answers project specific questions from team members and assists associates with placements. 15 % Manage and execute small projects. 10% Retrieves messages and distributes from team email box. Retrieves and distributes e-mails and voicemails for team.
Also sends personalized e-mail communications from staff to shoppers. 10% Participates in meetings with clients and project and account management staff. 10% Coordinate the recruitment of shoppers for hard to place areas. 10% Monitor shops for adherence to project guidelines. 5% Reviews key production reports to track project progress. 5% Supervise staff while Supervisor is away. Qualifications H.S. diploma or GED. Some college or business school desirable.
Previous experience as a Mystery Shop Scheduler or Data Collection Specialist is desired. Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Windows required. .
