The Pest Elimination Field Compensation Supervisor is responsible for managing the compensation team and driving process improvement while maintaining consistent results. This role will also manage route target administration, train associates, and act as the first point of contact for escalated issues, while ensuring all field operations and sales associates are paid correctly and timely.

What You Will Do:

  • Direct, train, develop and oversee the work of the Field Compensation Specialists

  • Manage department operating procedures and standardize results

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of field operations and SDM compensation

  • Being the first point of contact for questions and escalated or complex issues

  • Research pay transactions and participate in other projects as identified by supervisor

  • Support compensation history requests from field management, Human Resources and Legal

  • Manage Service Specialist route target review process monthly and annually

  • Participate in the calculation of annual bonus payments

  • Provides support, ad-hoc reporting, and analysis as requested by management or internal customers

  • Works extensively with AS400, Microsoft Excel, and Access databases

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting or business environment

  • Previous supervisory experience

  • No immigration sponsorship available for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills essential to support relationships with all levels of management and between functions

  • Must demonstrate overall business acumen and ability to deal with ambiguity

  • Intermediate spreadsheet, database (e.g. Excel, Access), financial systems and ad hoc reporting skills

  • Result oriented, proactive, and possesses a high level of integrity

  • Must be self-motivated, and both detail and process oriented

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a working knowledge and prior experience with financial reporting and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and accounting theory and practice

  • Ability to maintain/act on confidential information

  • Knowledge of Ecolab's business processes, personnel, and information systems
