Ryan Lawn & Tree is rapidly growing and we are expanding in all departments. This role will involve learning skills in turfgrass, tree and shrub care, pest control, irrigation and pruning.

What does a Field Apprentice do?

• Spend a period of time in each department learning Ryan services

• Gain basic knowledge of turfgrass management, pruning techniques, tree and shrub care, irrigation systems, pest control and best landscape practices

• Gain knowledge of Great Game of Business practices

• Provide excellent customer service to RYAN customers

As a RYAN field apprentice, you will work with fellow associates to create and sustain outdoor living spaces, one client at a time. Our associates are individuals trained in the art and science of maintaining residential and commercial properties .

Requirements

If you have a willingness to learn, both on the job and at home, we have a training program in place that will help you acquire the skills needed to succeed in this industry. Other requirements to carry out this type of work are:

• Outdoor work or industry experience is preferred

• Good physical ability

• Excellent customer service

• Be a team player

• Ability to to work in all weather conditions

• Valid driver's license
