Provide high level, in-depth technical support and expertise to Sales Managers in selling ForteBio Products through pre-sales presentations, product demonstrations, installations and post-sales support.
Direct collaboration with Sales Managers to sell ForteBio products in joint team setting.
Provide high level technical support for clients support requests and troubleshooting needs by providing mentorship, and knowledge on specific application needs and recommend assay development solutions.
Provide technically sound and detailed presentations of ForteBio products at promotional venues and high level scientific meetings including on-site seminars, trade shows, and user meetings.
Travel to client sites to perform installation, product demonstration, trouble shooting on assay development, and post-sales support.
Provide feedback and recommendations for ForteBio products improvement through client supports.
Demonstrated aptitude towards the selling process and a confirmed teammate. Must be results and success oriented with proven ability to organize, develop, and follow through on tasks and plans.
A standout colleague with high level of attention to details attitude, effectively to balance multiple priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skill; and interpersonal skills to articulate effectively with external clients and internal teams.
Able to work in high demand environment to analyze complex technical issues and to provide solutions.
Master's or PhD degree in Life Science, Biochemistry or related field required.
Customer support and training experience of technical material is helpful.
4+ years of laboratory research using label free assays such as SPR, BLI, ITC or equivalent technology
