Description

Provide high level, in-depth technical support and expertise to Sales Managers in selling ForteBio Products through pre-sales presentations, product demonstrations, installations and post-sales support.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct collaboration with Sales Managers to sell ForteBio products in joint team setting.

  • Provide high level technical support for clients support requests and troubleshooting needs by providing mentorship, and knowledge on specific application needs and recommend assay development solutions.

  • Provide technically sound and detailed presentations of ForteBio products at promotional venues and high level scientific meetings including on-site seminars, trade shows, and user meetings.

  • Travel to client sites to perform installation, product demonstration, trouble shooting on assay development, and post-sales support.

  • Provide feedback and recommendations for ForteBio products improvement through client supports.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated aptitude towards the selling process and a confirmed teammate. Must be results and success oriented with proven ability to organize, develop, and follow through on tasks and plans.

  • A standout colleague with high level of attention to details attitude, effectively to balance multiple priorities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill; and interpersonal skills to articulate effectively with external clients and internal teams.

  • Able to work in high demand environment to analyze complex technical issues and to provide solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's or PhD degree in Life Science, Biochemistry or related field required.

  • Customer support and training experience of technical material is helpful.

  • 4+ years of laboratory research using label free assays such as SPR, BLI, ITC or equivalent technology
