Duties & Responsibilities:

The Teradyne Field Applications Engineer extends the capabilities of our customers team by helping them solve problems to deliver top quality products. Working as a Field Applications Engineer, you will
Provide customers with test solutions for existing or new devices on Teradyne ATE (automatic test equipment) platforms
Develop custom application methodologies for characterization and device testing
Develop enhancements to proprietary automatic test equipment.
Provide on-site support of UltraFlex test systems to customers.
Lead teams of engineers in development of test programs.
Debug hardware, software, and device interface boards.
Develop shared knowledge in the form of application solutions

Position Subject to ITAR controls:
Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required:
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
4-8 years previous field experience in semiconductor testing (Mixed Signal, RF experience preferred)
Experience with C, C++ or Visual Basic
Previous experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes,Spectrum analyzers, power meters, etc.)
Domestic & International Travel is required
