Field Administration Program Specialist
Robert Half seeks to hire a Field Administrative Program Specialist to provide support for operational programs and initiatives that impact the field administration staff. This role is responsible for the coordination and execution of recurring processes associated with administrative and operational programs with minimal supervision, ensuring deadlines are met. This position will be required to work with internal and external partners to preform analysis of current systems, as well as identify and make recommendations for process improvement and ongoing maintenance to support implementation and field adoption.
Coordinate with various corporate departments to ensure all administrative material is up to date and accurate
Quarterly analysis of administrative SharePoint site; decide on adding, removing and/or updating material
Collaborate with corporate partners on field projects as a subject matter expert for the field administration staff
Act as liaison between field and corporate stakeholders on projects rolling out to the field
Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with external clients and internal stakeholders
Develops and defines program documentation and templates, and proposes initiatives to maximize results
Create and update process documents and complete tasks associated with tracking deliverables and data quality assurance
Manage the administrative program inbox and backup for multiple other team inboxes and inquiries
Report on analysis finding for all administrative programs
Create and analyze administrative training reports weekly and compile results monthly to present to management
Maintain tracking and data collection for administrative training programs to gauge use of all platforms
AA required; BA/BS preferred
2+ years' experience coordinating, managing and executing small to medium size projects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem solving skill set with a focus on process improvement, efficiency, and the ability to find and execute solutions
Strong customer service skills, both with internal and external customers
Proven communications skills, both oral and written
Strong organizational and time management skills
Positive attitude, energetic approach, and self-motivation
Experience working in a corporate environment preferred
Ability to quickly change tasks, without losing focus
Strong analytical skills required
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proficiency in SharePoint preferred
