Serve as primary accounting contact over an assigned group of markets. Provides accounting support for new operators in the understanding of all financial reports. Develops financial analysis and summaries for new operators during the first 90 days of operation. Supports market managers with training and unresolved issues.
Review all aspects of accounting reports for new operators.
Analyze financial reports and prepares financial summaries for new operators and Field Consultants. Conduct teleconference or face to face meetings on a monthly basis, reviewing results.
Works with Zone Leaders, Market Managers and Field Consultants to resolve issues.
Works with all aspects of 7-Eleven team to resolve issues.
Requires good verbal and written skills to interact with all levels of the company.
Public speaking and good presentation skills are necessary to train Franchisees, market personnel, present new systems and attend assorted meetings as requested by Zone Leaders.
Works with other departments on designing and implementing new systems.
Education: Associates Degree or equivalent experience.
Experience: 3-5, Accounting, preferably in a Retail or other multi-unit environment.
Strong public speaking skills.
Strong leadership skills and cross-functional relationship-building abilities at all levels.
Strong technical accounting background, including General Ledger Accounting, reconciliations, excel analysis, strong Microsoft Office knowledge.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required to understand and appropriately respond to a variety of business process issues.
