What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Field Account Manager within our Lodging division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in Lexington, KY. The Field Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients while providing excellent customer service, cross selling our services, and providing technical assistance, as well as general relationship management. The Field Account Manager will have an opportunity to support multiple lines of business within our Lodging division. The Field Account Manager is responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance service while generating income and is expected to be proactive in identifying current and future client needs while utilizing various reports to track trends. The Field Account Manager is expected to have a full and complete knowledge base of clients and systems as designated across multiple Corpay products within the Lodging line of business. This may be an assignment-based position reporting to the lead of that project for a given period, with the primary focus on supporting Roomex.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Develop an in-depth knowledge base on CLC products, systems, and processes
Work effectively and efficiently on assignments which may vary drastically in their day-to-day activities or functions
Works closely with all teams as needed
Direct communication with client(s) (in-person, phone, electronic) on a frequency that is acceptable to the client(s)
Build and maintain lasting relationships, which includes intimate knowledge of accounts, including essential contacts, account preferences, and activity flows for both past and future
Exhibit and utilize knowledge of hotel industry and markets associated with client industry
Responsible for client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue
Drive account retention and growth of contract business through strong performance and relationships
Monitor and manage accounts in accordance with all key metrics
Conduct regular business reviews, such as monthly calls, with clients utilizing reporting tools, including but not limited to Stat Pack, declined savings, and other similar reports based on client and company needs
Create client-specific websites and conduct onboarding as needed
Attend all scheduled trainings, meetings, or other events as assigned by supervisor or other levels of leadership
Travel as necessary to meet the client and business needs
Responsible for all other duties assigned as needed
Qualifications & Skills
Experience within the hospitality industry or a customer service focused role
Ability to travel as/if needed
Demonstrated strong ability to negotiate, teach others, and report on key metrics
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and deliver superior service with a high degree of accuracy
Demonstrate a high focus on managing up on responsibilities
Highly skilled in consulting, negotiating, and communicating with customers
Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and navigating the internet
Self-starter who seeks out opportunities on own
High level of professionalism
Demonstrates ability to learn and grow depth of industry knowledge
Excellent personal interaction, communication, and phone skills along with a high degree of initiative, personal responsibility, ownership, and commitment to providing the highest level of customer service
Demonstrated ability to problem solve at a high level through critical thinking
This salary range is provided for locations which require such disclosure. Where a position or applicant may fall in a particular wage range varies depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications (if applicable), and other business and organization needs. The disclosed range has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic markets. At Corpay, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. An estimate of the minimum and maximum salary range of $41,000-$43,000
