Fidelity Direct Associate

SUMMARY:

This position performs as part of the Fidelity Direct team and provides exceptional service and response to internal associates and customers calling and emailing Fidelity Direct for assistance in accordance with Bank policy, compliance and regulations.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Time: Description:

20% Respond to calls and emails from branch associates and other internal associates for various issues including password resets, help with policies and procedures and, system questions.

15% Respond to calls from customers regarding their online banking issues (including mobile banking) and cash management products.

5% Respond to voice mails and emails from customers via the Fidelity Bank website and Online Banking.

10% Review and set-up new personal and small business online banking accounts.

10% Work with the mobile deposit review on Web Mobile Deposit Capture and Perform Merchant Capture Review

5% User set-up troubleshooting of mobile banking application.

5% Review the Bill Pay report to check for closed accounts/relationships.

5% Open all associate checking, savings and other accounts on the system.

10% Work Eforms, faxes and perform maintenance for branches on deposit accounts, debit cards and online banking.

5% Assist with various projects assigned by supervisor.

5% Set up/remove recurring transfers and Savings as ODP

5% Monitor the ATM network and assist branches with ATM issues including replenishment.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or GED with 2 years of branch banking or bank operational experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel, Word and Outlook.

• Must have good oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to work on multiple assignments with speed, accuracy and attention to detail.
