You'll provide structure and infrastructure-centric SIGINT analysis in support of customer requests for information in order to identify and exploit vulnerabilities and collection opportunities for future or on-going operations. This position is in support of the Facilities and Infrastructure Characterization and Analysis (FICA) Branch at the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC). You will also work on a multi-intelligence fused team consisting of all-source analysts, IMINT and GIS specialists, Culture and Language analysts, with TECH and Collection Management support.
Typically requires a BA degree or equivalent and two to four years of related experience.
Must have a current TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
Must have ability to gain NSA access.
Both Digital Network Intelligence (DNI) and Dialed Number Recognition (DNR) experience.
Military SIGINT background desired.
Targeting experience in support of SOF or SMU customers is highly desired.
Ability to research unclassified and classified databases for use in written products.
Ability to research, compile, evaluate and integrate Signals Intelligence into Intelligence Community assessments and reports.
Ability to prepare the SIGINT related portions of intelligence products and assessments.
Demonstrated expertise in the use of analyst tools and databases used in geo spatial analysis.
Ability to performs link-and-nodal analysis, data mining, and metadata analysis utilizing geo-spatial analytical techniques; presents SIGINT findings utilizing visualization applications.
