Fewer employers are planning to give pay raises to RNs in 2024 and WE DON’T LIKE THAT!

Nurses who stay at a company longer than 2 years without a pay raise earn 50% less than nurses who find new job opportunities. This loss increases every year beyond the two years that you spend in a company with little to no pay increase. New job opportunities allow for new salary negotiations based on new skills and the current market. A pay increase, due to finding a new job, can be 10%-20% or more pay than you’re currently making.

Dialysis Nurses are on the front line of patient care; we understand how important you are to the healthcare industry and patients. Our clients are remaining aggressive on pay, by continuing to provide annual raises significantly above the industry standard and they Do Not Cap Salaries! They recognize your most recent dialysis experience to calculate paid time off accrual and even offer up to $20,000 SIGN-ON BONUS!

Imagine yourself making a difference in the lives of patients AND your financial situation.

If you embark on this journey, daily …

  • You will be part of a team that makes a difference in people's lives
  • You will provide patient care, improving the quality of life of patients suffering from the most advanced stage of chronic kidney disease; End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).
  • You will live by values of Integrity, Innovation, Compassion, Accountability, Results Driven, and Inclusive of Everyone!

If you are the right person for this opportunity your essential responsibility is...

  • To provide comprehensive patient care: Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with procedures to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • To collaborate effectively: Work closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • To educate patients and families: Offer guidance on treatment options, medications, and lifestyle modifications to promote health and wellness.
  • To maintain accurate records: Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes per regulatory standards and organizational policies.
  • To ensure safety and compliance: Adhere to infection control protocols, maintain equipment, and uphold ethical standards in patient care.

Sounds exciting? Yes! Great!!! Let's see if you check all the boxes:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited institution.
  • Dialysis Experience preferred
  • Current RN license in Texas.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Aptitude to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We are currently in search of Dialysis Registered Nurses, and nurses who desire to be, for our current and upcoming dialysis clinic/facility clients. We are looking for RNs who are driven by a shared commitment to excellence, compassion, and continuous improvement with integrity and empathy, and the ability to seamlessly integrate into a culture of collaboration and innovation. We value integrity, accountability, and dedication. Successful candidates embody qualities such as empathy, resilience, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of others. If you thrive in a dynamic, patient-centered environment and are eager to grow both personally and professionally, we encourage you to apply.
