Festival Assistant (Bay City, MI)

The Festival Assistant is responsible for helping the Special Events Coordinator with 2024 events. Duties include setup and breakdown of events, preparation of products, as well as packing, displaying, and distributing promotional materials. Hours can vary, and evenings and weekends can be expected. This job will start in early May, last through Labor Day, and is full-time. This position pays $16 per hour.

Qualifications:

• Must have a flexible schedule and be available for the festival season (approximately 5/1/2024 - 9/15/2024).

• Valid driver's license with a clean record.

• Must be comfortable driving and parking large utility vans, along with experience hooking up, pulling, and parking trailers

• Must have the ability to work as a part of a team

• Must have the ability to lift heavy objects weighing 100 pounds or more.

We have over 2500 clients in Central, Southeastern, and Northern Michigan. We hire from all areas within our distribution area (Bay City, Saginaw, Midland, Mt. Pleasant, Detroit, Clare, Genesee, Lapeer, Big Rapids, Petoskey, Houghton Lake, and more).
