The Feedback Analyst

• VOC is responsible for managing our survey tools and conducting reporting and analysis to support the improvement of our customer experience strategy and inform product innovations. This role focuses on handling day-to-day survey operations and generating insights that contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and engagement.

• VOC Responsibilities

• Survey Management:

• Design, implement, and manage the creation, maintenance, and execution of surveys to ensure alignment with WorldStrides survey parameters.

• Reporting and Analysis:

• Conduct analysis of survey data to identify customer satisfaction trends and insights that inform product innovation strategies, ensuring alignment with market demands and enhancing overall customer experience.

• Generate regular reports detailing survey results and insights.

• Assist in the maintenance of dashboards that track customer experience metrics.

• Support Functions:

• Provide support in integrating survey feedback into broader customer experience and product innovation strategies.

• Assist senior analyst in data handling and preparation for more complex analysis.
