Fee for Service Clinician

Come work for our Behavioral Health Services Division at Riverside Community Care!

We have a great opportunity to join our small, collegial outpatient team while working as part of a larger organization that is a leader for innovative change within the mental health care industry. Primary responsibilities include providing direct clinical assessment and intervention for clients of all ages and needs including addiction. This position will also get to be a part of an expanding substance use program. Fee for service positions offer flexible schedules and additional compensation under productivity incentive plan. The clinician would be responsible for providing clinical services in our collegial, supportive, and dynamic outpatient center.

Riverside offers an outstanding staff training program including free CEUs/CEs in Social Work, LMHC, LMFT, Nursing and Psychology. Riverside also offers excellent clinical supervision, strong billing and administrative supports, and career advancement opportunities!

Health and dental benefits are available for Fee for Service staff who work a minimum number of billable hours.

Hours: 20-40 a week (Saturdays encouraged)

Required Skills

  • Must have excellent communication, clinical and organizational skills

  • Basic computer fluency (including Microsoft Office) required

  • Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle

Required Experience

  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling required

  • Independent licensure strongly preferred (LMFT, LICSW or LMHC)

  • Previous experience working with children, adolescents, and families, preferably in an outpatient setting
