• Paid training The ideal candidates will be able to deal effectively with customers and maintain a positive FedEx image while making deliveries and managing area priorities effectively. The candidate will be punctual, self-starting and have a competitive drive.
  
  Maturity, reliability and a sense of pride are key defining attributes. Our drivers work a "4 1" schedule: four days per week with a rotating on-call day. We like to be flexible but the schedule is ultimately determined by route coverage needs.
