High Point Full Time/Part Time Job Description
Aid staff/students in the Student Success Center during enrollment, onboarding and registration. Duties will include, answering the phone, covering front reception desk, proficient computer skills (MSWord/Excel/PowerPoint), clerical skills, assisting students with the admissions process, and registration assistance.

Experience Required
Good customer service and organization skills, detail oriented, motivated self-starter, dependable, and basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office.
Maintain confidentiality regarding student information under FERPA regulations.
Experience Preferred
Strong Computer skills, Microsoft word, power point and excel.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing.
Previous office experience preferred.
KSA Required
Quick Learner, Computer Skills (Microsoft Office).
Excellent customer service skills and willingness to assist with other duties that arise.
Ability to communicate effectively with faculty, staff and co-workers.
