What You'll Need to Succeed:
Minimum Qualifications:
Preferred Qualifications:
M.S. in relevant field of study
1 - 2 years of work experience in performing accounting tasks such as reconciliation
2 - 3 years' experience utilizing a third-party higher education student information or accounting system (Ex. PeopleSoft, Elucian, Blackbaud, Slate, Salesforce, etc.)
Strong track record of collaboratively working across business units toward common, mission critical outcomes
Robust customer service experience requiring ability to detail/explain complex regulatory/policy rules to customers and the general public
Routine experience providing training and/or presentations to small and medium size audiences
1 - 2 years' experience working for a large, post-secondary educational institution
Other Requirements:
Individuals may not be in default on a federal student loan and/or owe an overpayment on a federal student grant - to ensure that the individual may be issued access to various U.S. Department of Education databases critical to carrying out this position's job duties.

Anticipated Hiring Pay Range:
$41,388 - $52,764 annually
