Job Summary

Responsible for all facets of program management activities, with a focus on overall customer satisfaction.

Job Description

  • Deliver on all program requirements including technical, cost, schedule, and quality performance that could involve cost overruns and deficiencies.

  • Successfully service delivery across all program areas including maMonitor programs to ensure it follows a well-defined and detailed work scope, schedule, and budget

  • Integrate various activities and task areas to ensure effective client support

  • Manage resources across projects, and maintain/track contract deliverables, schedule, and budget.

  • Recommends changes to improve processes and alleviate process inaccuracy and duplication.

  • Ensure conformity to contractual obligations; establish and maintain technical and financial reports to show program

  • progress

  • Ensure appropriate management, customer and supplier involvement throughout the life of the program.

  • Formulate and enforce work standards, subcontractor management and performance, and customer satisfaction and alignment of these with the objectives of a program.


  • Experience: 10+ yrs

  • Education Level: Bachelor's Degree

  • Field Of Study: Business, Organizational Management or equivalent

  • A combination of education and experience is acceptable

  • Attention to detail with good organizational capabilities.

  • Ability to prioritize with good time management skills.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

  • 10+ years as a Program/Project Manager with increasing responsibility, preferably with experience with contracts.

  • Excellent briefing, writing, communication, administrative and organizational skills.

  • Must demonstrate ability to take initiative and to work independently, under stringent timelines and as member of a team

You will work with multiple technical teams globally to deliver those solutions. You will: * Lead operations management of tech team communication strategy * Build and manage project schedules/plans to support project delivery * Continuously monitor key metrics * Plan and coordinate events including facilitation and action item management * Partner with leaders to develop business rhythms such as recurrent meetings * Manage risk by bridging interdepartmental gaps * Monitor training requirements and report deficiencies * Coordinate team activities: team events, moves, office structure Key Responsibilities include: * Execute and drive tech team program/project delivery, execution, and adoption across multiple organizations and teams * Measure and report effectiveness of new programs * Collaborate with project stakeholders in multiple business and technical teams to define and deliver on agreed upon milestones.
