Federal Intelligence Major Account Manager
Description: The Federal Intelligence Sr. Major Account Manager (MAM) is responsible for all sales activity and customer support for the Defense Intelligence Agency and other assigned territory. The employee will be responsible for achieving or exceeding annual revenue quotas. The position also requires the Sr. Major Account Manager to be responsible for customer interactions at all levels, Juniper messaging to the DIA customer, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction with Juniper Networks. The AM will be responsible for constructing and executing both short term and long term account strategies and plans. Teamwork and leadership are essential qualities in this position. The role requires working with and leading an extended team. Sr. MAM duties will include, but not be limited to, the following:
Construct an Annual Business Plan focused on near and long term sales opportunities to include Major Programs of Record, Network Refresh, and Upgrades, etc.
Establish and Nurture Relationships with Key Technical, Operational, Acquisition and Business Executives and Decision Makers
Represent the Most Pressing Technical, Mission and Business Requirements to Federal and Corporate Leadership.
Orchestrate all Juniper Activity with the DIA customer.
All required administrative tasks to include forecasting, revenue tracking, etc.
Achieve, or Exceed, an Annual Revenue Objective
5+ Years Sales, Engineering, or Program Management Experience in the Intelligence Community or System Integrators
5+ Years of direct work experience with DIA or System Integrators.
Robust relationships with principal technical, business and operational leaders at DIA or in the Federal Market
Combination of product and services expertise in the networking, software, storage or compute fields
Active TS/SCI Clearance with Poly is preferred but not an immediate requirement.
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
