Inside Sales Management is all about managing, inspiring and motivating professionals at all levels to deliver against targets. Beyond day-to-day people management, our team also shapes, executes and communicates specific sales strategies.

Directs the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the Federal Inside Sales group.
Manages the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce.
Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members.
Owns achieving their assigned sales quota.
Assigns tasks, checks work at frequent intervals, and maintains schedules of team.
Interacts with cross-functional groups (e.g., End user Sales Organization, Services, Software and Peripherals, Finance, Operation) to solve business and customer issues.
May be responsible for quota setting at the team/individual level
10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
4+ years leadership experience.
Understands customer's business environment from industry and vertical perspective.
Strong business and financial acumen.
Able to handle multiple projects.
Undergraduate degree and 6+ years relevant experience
Graduate degree and 4+ years relevant experience.
