This Sr. Business Consultant position is responsible for generating sales of comprehensive energy solutions, products and services in the US Federal Government market sector. The Sr Business Consultant will be selling at a senior decision maker level, need to be able to present a value-based solution to this type of customer using a consultative sales approach, and must be able to work in a multi-level decision making environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Securing appointments with top decision makers to discuss the mission of their business and how value-based solutions including the repair and modernization of a facility infrastructure improvements ties to their mission readiness.

  • Developing and implementing market growth strategies that define value for geographical and market aligned clients

  • Articulate the value of a portfolio of energy related products and services offered by Honeywell.

  • Use of a disciplined solutions sales process that relies heavily on financial drivers.

  • Continuous differentiation of Honeywell vs. industry competitors.

  • Qualify & disqualify complex sales opportunities.

  • Working knowledge of the emerging energy market, LEED requirements, and current Federal Market Drivers (energy resilience, mission assurance and cyber security.

  • Lead cross functional team members to develop comprehensive solutions that includes technical and financial solutions to generate overall cost savings for customers.

  • Maintaining ongoing customer relationships using account management principals to ensure customer satisfaction and develop future opportunities.

  • Assisting in creating proposals in coordination with expert proposal managers

  • Delivering proposals, including oral presentations to decision makers and subsequent contract negotiations

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% or more domestically


  • Bachelor's degree with 10 years of consultative selling experience or in lieu of a degree 15 years of consultative selling experience
  • 10 years of proven experience selling building systems, energy or building controls in the Federal market
  • A working familiarity with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and the Federal procurement process
  • US Citizen
  • A valid Driver's License


  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a technical field of study

  • Performance contracting experience

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment

  • Demonstrated group presentation skills

  • Energy management/retrofit background

  • Experience selling to matrixed decision makers.

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • Direct Energy Services or Alternative finance vehicle selling

  • Working with a matrixed decision-making structure

VIEW JOBS 1/16/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-04-15T00:00 Overview GBSI is seeking an Information Technology (IT) professional for the role of Sr. Systems Administrator - Accounts Processor in Pensacola, FL. The Sr. Systems Administrator will document, establish and maintain user accounts for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) program. The Sr. Systems Administrator will work with the Centaur Operations accounts processing team as primary Systems Administrator. Responsibilities * Ensures accounts within area of responsibility are created in a timely manner which meets or exceeds the three (3) business day goal of customer account turnaround; * Area of responsibility includes account creation on all Acropolis (NIPRNet/SIPRNet/SkyDive) Active Directory, Splunk and SIM accounts on seven (7) Arcsight servers after receiving authorization email from SAAR processing team; * Sends notification emails to user advising of account creation and login instructions; * Troubleshoots user's login issues; * Performs password resets, account lockouts as needed; * Disables/locks user accounts as necessary based on departure notices, user account inactivity per DISA STIG policy and priority account lock requests received from Cyber Security team based on user security violations; * Expedites user access when requested and authorized by the SAAR processing team based on operational needs of the user; * Performs system queries when requested to ensure accuracy of Requests for Information from government management and trusted analysts; * Also queries systems for quarterly and as needed records audits; * Updates McAfee Virus, Dat Definition file at least once a week; * Copies ACAS and APS data to CMRS on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays; * Backups and restores Skydive HBSS data to SIPR daily; * Maintains 100% control of all classified material/information; * Provides excellent verbal and email communication skills to work with end users and insures account applications are completed and submitted accurately in accordance with DoD policy; * Follows security principles of need to know and least privilege to ensure every user account is granted access only to systems authorized for that specific user; * Complies with FISMA, NIST, RMF, and other DISA standards and guidelines as required by the Government. Qualifications * Seven (7) years of systems administration experience is required; * Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred, Associate's Degree or equivalent college credit courses required; * IAT Level II (GSEC, Security +, or SSCP) certification, in compliance with DoD Directive 8570.1-M, is required; * DoD active Secret Government Clearance is required at start, with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance; * Familiar with DoD DD2875 forms processing; * Must be highly organized and able to keep track of thousands of accounts and associated forms, documentation, and details with 100% accuracy; * Ability to multitask and handle many concurrent incoming requests for accounts, statuses, questions, and changes with each at various stages in the process; * Highly proficient in MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, and SharePoint; * Excellent verbal and email communication skills, with a focus on excellent customer service; * Must be familiar with DoD information assurance requirements and procedures for handling classified material.
