Your Role

Client Financial Management acts as the CFO for our AFS portfolios, client accounts, and contracts. Our professionals are aligned to AFS's own client teams and are accountable for AFS's financial health, providing analysis and advice to program and client leads helping drive better business results. The organization's primary corporate finance activities include accurate forecasting and reporting, cash flow optimization, and financial analysis.

  • Diagnosing financial drivers and leveraging analytics to make recommendations to key stakeholders

  • Executing Internal Controls and confirming compliance with GAAP and Federal contract requirements

  • Leading forecast reviews with senior leadership and advising on monthly results, variances to plan, and risk management strategies

  • Developing innovative solutions to overcome complex revenue and profitability challenges

  • Analyzing and forecasting cash conversion expectations to optimize cash flow

  • Coordinating monthly accruals to drive accurate revenue recognition and expense activity

  • Recommending and implementing business changes to leverage emerging technologies and enable efficiencies across the Finance organization

  • Participating and leading initiatives, focusing on collaboration and inclusion within AFS and the local community

As part of that mission, the team will ensure system readiness, provide operations support, perform system modifications per direction, serve as the system integrator for incorporating advanced capabilities that counter the emerging threats our adversaries are putting into service over the life of this contract, and deploy updates to field sites. Responsibilities of the Senior Configuration Management Analyst - COTS Administrator include: * Analyze proposed changes of product design to determine effect on overall product and system * Coordinate modification records for management control * Establish change orders and prepare change authorization and documentation by company and subcontractor personnel * Prepare reports of change effect on overall product * Review and analyze released engineering change data and coordinate changes with engineering, quality, support, manufacturing, and engineering data control activities * Review change accounting activity to ensure compliance with configuration management policies * Ensure that customer requirements are implemented * Prepare metrics and various status reports * Maintain the CM asset management system for COTS/GOTS/FOSS items. Additional responsibilities can include: * Perform CDRL deliveries * Administer program board meetings * Perform PCA/FCA audits of HW/SW * Perform SW Builds * Administer the contract media library * Create release packages for shipment Basic Qualifications: Secret Clearance to START and Top Secret to be Obtained * 6 years of experience with Configuration/Data Management requirements/processes/procedures * Experience with COTS/GOTS/FOSS Administration * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications * Analytical skills to follow and understand relationships of hardware and software systems * Must have the ability to obtain a higher-level Security Clearance (up to TS SCI) Desired Skills: * Experience facilitating change boards or multi-discipline reviews * Demonstrated basic understanding of systems thinking skills and behaviors * Strong written and verbal communications skills along with the ability to understand and communicate technically oriented material utilizing the various electronic tools relevant to the role * Strong social skills, and ability to build solid relationships with team members * Experience with reviewing HW drawings * Experience with conducting FCA/PCA audits * Experience performing CDRL deliveries * Experience maintaining media libraries * Experience with SharePoint, JIRA, Bitbucket, Confluence, ClearQuest, and ClearCase BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: job.Qualifications Lockheed Martin is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
