Our Client is a Microsoft GOLD certified partner focused on federal agencies in support of their digital enablement needs. They are an emerging digital transformation services company based in the DC Metro region. They are CMMI Level 3 appraised, implementing Office 365 tools and technologies:
• Power Platform/Power Apps
• Dynamics 365
• SharePoint
• Azure, and Azure DevOps are their primary focus.Services they offer:
• Digital transformation
• Systems rationalization and modernization services
• Case management and citizen engagement systems solutions
• Process automation using AI/ ML solutions (Azure AI)They develop business solutions on Platform as a Services (PaaS) using the low-code, no-code approach. Their expertise spans Salesforce, Appian, Acquia-Drupal, and Adobe solutions support. They hold certifications in all of these products.As an 8(a), Woman-owned, and certified small business, they can target directed awards. Their primary contract vehicle is the GSA schedule, which they use extensively.You will have the ability to pursue both large and small opportunities through a joint venture with a mid-sized partner you can leverage large past performance. STARS III and eFAST contract vehicles are available on this JV.Expectations of the IT Business Development Manager:As their overall IT Business Development plan grows, the future and continued growth of the company will be affected by your impact. The IT Business Development Manager will identify, evaluate, assess, short-list, nurture, and capture potential federal IT contract opportunities.There are multiple prime contracts that they hold in many agencies:DOI, EPA, SBA, DOT, and HHS. You will create new footprints and expand their current presence using your savvy business development ideas. The expectation is significant growth of our federal IT business with specific focus in DOI, EPA, and HHS.Qualifications Required for this Role:
• 5 years years of federal IT business development
• Demonstrated success in federal IT business development/ capture
• Strong working experience in DHHS, DOI or EPA (preferred)
• Superior communication skillsAdept at creating, developing, and running a business development organizationAn attitude for success
