The Senior SAP Business Analyst is responsible for business process and system analysis, design/translating business requirements to technical requirements, testing, troubleshooting, and implementation of components in an enterprise SAP environment. The Senior SAP Business Analyst will work closely with architects, developers, technical services (i.e. BASIS, Middleware, Portal) and business analysts to perform business analyst functions and responsibilities. The Senior SAP Business Analyst is involved in maintenance, enhancement and/or development work of SAP modules and those that interface with other applications. The Senior SAP Business Analyst has a range of skills and knowledge of the technologies used and applications supported. The Senior SAP Business Analyst will provide change management and training support. The Senior SAP Business Analyst is required to participate in pager/on-call support. The Senior SAP Business Analyst will provide estimates of software development cost and schedule.

  • Work with Client, Accenture, and Teaming Partner team members and executives on and across the project team.

  • Plan and execute all required process steps as defined in our and client methodologies.

  • Provide SAP application support in a timely manner.

  • Analyze, design, troubleshooting, and test break/fix requests and enhancements to SAP modules.

  • Provide change management and training support for SAP enhancements.

  • Identify, track and resolve issues and risks affecting the SAP application.

  • Work with Client, Accenture, and Teaming Partner team members to gather and interpret functional user/system requirements into system specifications.

  • Design SAP components to functional and technical programming standards.

  • Provide support toward installation of application releases into production as directed.

  • Coordinate and participate in structured peer reviews / walkthroughs.

  • Create operational documentation.

  • Perform system, interface, and batch monitoring as required

  • Meet service commitments for assigned deliverables and proactively provide work status.

  • Continuously develop industry knowledge and associated skills.

This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in marketing, communications, positioning on major pursuits and proposal preparation, including SF 330 A/E submissions.-a team player who can lead pursuit processes and teams, represent Stantec with our strategic partnerships, communicate with conviction, and maneuver a competitive, deadline-driven environment confidently. In this role, you will work with Federal Program Leadership and Capture Managers on opportunities to support the growth of the US Federal Program. You'll prepare high-impact proposals, SF 330's and communications that highlight our depth of experience, expertise, and creativity. You'll be working closely with our technical project managers, capture managers, and account managers to create competitive pursuit strategies and compelling messages that convey Stantec's strengths and set us apart. You will work closely with key business development leaders to coordinate strategic client facing events, materials, win theme development, competitor analysis, SWOT analysis, gap identification, and sales and business development processes. Your Key Responsibilities * Plan, organize and direct all elements of a proposal beginning with positioning through proposal submission, interviews and selection - analyze information requested, develop response plan, conduct win strategy reviews, and work with the team to develop and prepare final proposal package. * In depth knowledge of the various US Government acquisition methods and proposals to include preparation of FAR Part 15, Type C, DB MILCON, SF330 and other federal proposals. * Conduct client, competitor, and market research as required in support of client and/or opportunity strategy development. * Contribute to client development and account management efforts. * Help maintain Stantec's internal systems for information management related to opportunity tracking, people and projects, and promotional activity. * Act as a contributor toward Stantec's internal and external communications networks. * Client event coordination, as well as management of conferences and tradeshows, community engagement, advertising, and general collateral and communications. Your Capabilities and Credentials * Detail-oriented and organized, with exceptional prioritization skills. * Must thrive in a deadline-driven environment. * Must have the ability to effectively balance conflicting priorities * Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. * Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign in particular), and web-based interfaces. * Must have the ability to work independently, as well as in cooperation with a larger capture teams, engineers and technical project managers and technologists. * Candidate should have the ability to effectively communicate with different personality styles and management levels, both in person and across geographies. Education and Experience Post-secondary degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, business, or related area.
