The Senior SAP Business Analyst is responsible for business process and system analysis, design/translating business requirements to technical requirements, testing, troubleshooting, and implementation of components in an enterprise SAP environment. The Senior SAP Business Analyst will work closely with architects, developers, technical services (i.e. BASIS, Middleware, Portal) and business analysts to perform business analyst functions and responsibilities. The Senior SAP Business Analyst is involved in maintenance, enhancement and/or development work of SAP modules and those that interface with other applications. The Senior SAP Business Analyst has a range of skills and knowledge of the technologies used and applications supported. The Senior SAP Business Analyst will provide change management and training support. The Senior SAP Business Analyst is required to participate in pager/on-call support. The Senior SAP Business Analyst will provide estimates of software development cost and schedule.

  • Work with Client, Accenture, and Teaming Partner team members and executives on and across the project team.

  • Plan and execute all required process steps as defined in our and client methodologies.

  • Provide SAP application support in a timely manner.

  • Analyze, design, troubleshooting, and test break/fix requests and enhancements to SAP modules.

  • Provide change management and training support for SAP enhancements.

  • Identify, track and resolve issues and risks affecting the SAP application.

  • Work with Client, Accenture, and Teaming Partner team members to gather and interpret functional user/system requirements into system specifications.

  • Design SAP components to functional and technical programming standards.

  • Provide support toward installation of application releases into production as directed.

  • Coordinate and participate in structured peer reviews / walkthroughs.

  • Create operational documentation.

  • Perform system, interface, and batch monitoring as required

  • Meet service commitments for assigned deliverables and proactively provide work status.

  • Continuously develop industry knowledge and associated skills.

The Assistant Program Manager serves as a vital link between Health Scholar program participants and our clients, ensuring program operations run smoothly and contractual agreements are met. The ideal candidate has the adaptability and enthusiasm to excel across a wide range of responsibilities, from ensuring Scholars have an excellent program experience, to maintaining and exceeding student recruitment goals, expanding and implementing programs and building strong relationships with our hospital and health system client executives. Position Description: * Provide direct supervision to the COPE Health Scholars Programs participants, and provide overall on-site administration for program operations at our client site(s) * Manage, enhance and streamline program operations, including recruitment, training, performance metric reporting and dashboard initiatives, with guidance from the designated Regional Manager * Provide mentorship, coaching and professional development opportunities for program participants, including the COPE Health Scholars Leadership Team who support essential program operations * Host quarterly meetings with all program participants at assigned site. Schedule professional development workshops and career panels to be presented during meetings * Train all incoming program participants on a quarterly basis using standardized curriculum materials focused on patient care, professionalism, communication and compliance * Develop strong relations with academic and community organizations to recruit culturally and linguistically diverse candidates for the COPE Health Scholars Programs * Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses on program metrics to effectively report service line impact and risks to clients to continually demonstrate value * Guide site specific recruitment strategy including social media campaigns * Proactively identify and mitigate risk by responding to complaints or concerns from clients, staff and/or program participants. Concerns may include HIPAA compliance, background checks, policy violations and more. Elevate high risk complaints or concerns to the Regional Manager * Build and manage relationships with key client executives and staff to ensure quality, value and success of current programs and future growth * Meet with key client management staff to discuss opportunities for expanding program operations and opening additional clinical and administrative departments for participant rotations * Manage onsite Scholar participation of site specific community based projects for client site * Support Regional Manager and Program Manager with new site implementation * Display sound judgement, professionalism, and strong conflict-resolution skills, modeling these behaviors for our program participants as well as other team members * Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal regulations, client site-specific policies and ethical standards * Carry out all other responsibilities, tasks and projects as assigned * Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal regulations, client site-specific policies and ethical standards Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree and 1-2+ years of full-time work experience strongly preferred * Experience in COPE Health Scholars Program (previously knows as the COPE Care Expender Program) under the capacity of a Health Scholar, Health Scholar Leader, Executive Health Scholar Leader or Health Scholar Assistant * Passion for student teaching, mentoring and development * Management skills and experience strongly preferred * Experience and interest in health care * Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills * Recruitment experience and/or leadership experience preferred * Detail-oriented and able to work well independently; the role requires you to work directly at the client site as the interim Program Manager * Available to participate in meeting and regional trainings that occur during the evenings and on some weekends (typically 1-2 weekends every month) * Ability to travel throughout Los Angeles, Orange and Inland Empire counties. * Proficient in Microsoft Office programs Benefits: As a firm passionate about health care, we're deeply committed to the health and wellness of our own team members.
