Responsible for the design, development, and delivery of Power Conversion Devices as well as feature-specific requirements and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for assigned features. Support the development and integration of control functions and other co-simulation models for algorithm development and calibration.

Create and review Design Verification Plan to validate assigned engineering features as well as participate in design reviews and worst-case circuit analyses. Responsible for end to end management of issue resolution at time of system integration as well as performing root cause analysis and product revisions. Evaluate performance attributes, which will include tracking, analyzing, and presenting performance results.

Evaluate potential design options, including design verification testing plans, to make appropriate proposals considering feature or systems requirements, available technology, efficiency, and platform capabilities. Evaluate electrical system engineering alternatives for various attributes, drive change requirements for feature enhancements and quality improvements, and develop required tool sets to support model-based development. Support the development of quality deliverables, quality metrics, quality history and issue resolution process as it pertains to assigned features, systems, or products and work with cross-functional and global teams to conduct functional safety analysis of new and carry-over electrification driveline technologies.
