Position Hybrid in LA. Remote work available in New York, Florida, Texas, and California. The duration of the internship is three months with the ability to extend based on the company's discretion.

The pay rate for this position is $19.61 per hour. This is the pay rate for this position that the company reasonably expects to pay.

About Feasibility & Business Intelligence

The FBI team actively assists the company's Development team in assessing new development projects around the globe that can be added to the company's growing portfolio. It also assists company's other teams on ad-hoc basis with analytical projects. The FBI team based in our Los Angeles office is responsible for evaluating all projects in the Americas region.

Impact of this role

The FBI Intern will play an important role in assisting the FBI and Development team in evaluating economically viable new hotel projects for hotel management contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis across the region, updating hotel supply databases and tracking new signings and announcements.

• Data Management: Maintain extensive global research database for use by Feasibility & Business Intelligence and Development teams

• Financial Modelling: Assist the team in preparing detailed and draft pro forma packages and facilities outline for new projects

• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Development, Design & Project Services and Commercial teams to understand the processes involved in preparing a pro forma and facilities outline/area programme and how it influences project value

• External Network: Maintain good working relationships with consultants, developers, and other feasibility and development teams
