Secretary II personnel employed to perform general clerical and secretarial tasks, transcribe from notes or equipment, schedule appointments and IEPs, prepare reports, receive callers and refer as is appropriate, operate office machines and equipment, keep records and process routine correspondence, provide first aid and other health related services to children at school, support for Secretary I, III, IV. (Range 37); 187 days paid service annually.
