Catholic Community Services, Family Behavioral Health is looking for Clinicians who want to join our team of innovators who continually "push the envelope" and challenges traditional thinking in Behavioral Health.

We provide family, strength-based mental health services for children and families in their own home and community. Our enthusiastic clinical teams provide whatever is needed to help children and youth remain safely in their own home with their family, restoring hope and promise, providing intense mental health services and supports, and helping to strengthen the family unity. Clinicians work flexible schedules, based on their family's needs, including evenings and weekends, in the home and community setting of the youth and families. This unique way of working allows Clinicians the opportunity to offer a high level of collaboration, coordination and intensive behavior health services while allowing room for creativity and needs driven work. Emphasis is on achieving incredible outcomes with children, youth and families by actively partnering with them along with their natural and community services and supports to achieve long term safety and stability in our neighborhoods and communities.   • A Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences, or equivalent, accredited degree; plus 1+ years directly related experience.

  • Demonstrate the necessary attitudes, knowledge and skills to deliver culturally competent services and work effectively in multi-cultural situations.

  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance with an acceptable driving record per CCS policy.

  • Support and uphold the mission, beliefs and values of Catholic Community Services and Catholic Housing Services.

  • Knowledge of Wraparound principles and practice.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Mental Health Professional (as defined by WAC 388-865).

  • Knowledge of Wraparound principles and practice.

  • Full-time employment, working hours to meet the family's needs with "Availability Pay" of $75.00 per pay period.

Incumbents assigned to this classification must have and maintain a current Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification. * Oversees activities across multiple Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) activities discipline. * Keeps up to date on changing federal and state laws, regulations, and orders as they apply to EHS practices. Interprets their meaning and adapts them to Insitu programs. * Implements policies and procedures and verifies these practices are in compliance with the appropriate statutes and regulations. Prepares and maintains reporting requirements. * Identifies hazardous workplace conditions and takes preliminary samples and measurements of hazardous forces and toxic substances, removes hazards and/or protects employees by guarding, revising work procedures, and training or requiring use of protective clothing and personal protective equipment. * Provides assistance and oversight with Insitu's implementation and compliance of the Hazardous Waste Management Plan (HWMP), including training, determinations and classifications, oversight of disposal, sampling and analysis, compliance audits, and assisting with any necessary corrective actions. * Conducts compliance assessments and audits of all facility locations and operations and prepares report of findings. * Audits and evaluates current policies, procedures, and documentation. * Consults in planning for changes in physical facilities to meet EHS requirements. * Participates in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) inspections and in any actions that may follow a citation. * Performs duties as the Laser Safety Officer (LSO) with authority and responsibility to effect the knowledgeable evaluation and control of laser hazards, and to monitor and enforce the control of such hazards. * Leads a team of other safety professionals and is responsible for their motivation and engagement while ensuring activities are prioritized correctly. * Performs duties as technical Subject Matter Expert and is liaison between the department and executive leaders. * Initiates and maintains department budget. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: * 15+ years related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 13+ years related experience with a Master's degree. * Knowledge of accident/incident prevention and environmental protection tools, program elements and tactics. * Adaptable to new work structures, processes, requirements, and/or cultures. * Knowledge of audit standards, procedures and techniques and ability to identify indicators of fraud or risk. * Ability to perform research, complete risk assessment, execute fieldwork, report results including findings, follow-up on management actions, and support process improvement activities. * Skill in utilizing effective communication materials (e.g., proposals, papers, user guides, reports, articles, promotional materials, brochures, web sites, presentations, speeches) to satisfy a variety of customer requirements and environments. * General knowledge and awareness of Insitu and industry safety, health, and environmental management programs and operations (e.g. Accident Prevention, Aerospace National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAPs), Hazard Communication and Hazardous Waste) to deploy EHS tactics. Ability to extract or verify program information to assist in the accomplishment of assigned work. * Knowledge of relevant government agencies laws, regulations and standards as well as current issues (e.g., governmental, international, industrial) impacting functional responsibilities. * Knowledge of root cause analysis and corrective action of non-conformances to investigate incidents. * Ability to build relationships to gain support and commitment from others, promote ideas with enthusiasm, conviction, and assertiveness. Ability to provide compelling rationale for arguments and use appropriate levels of persistence to meet objectives. * Knowledge of cause and effect relationships between workplace injuries, exposures (e.g., chemicals, physical agents) and disease.
