Reporting to the Directorof Customer Service, this position will support the Fulfilled By Amazonbusiness. Key responsibilitiesinclude facilitating implementations, maintenance, and other data processingand problem resolution for the account. The Analyst will collaborate with the Amazon fulfillment centers toprovide the analytical insights to support the sales effort.

EssentialDuties and Responsibilities:

Inventory:

  • Via the Customer Portal, validate available stock quantityin order to determine replenishments needs; create and coordinate necessaryshipments.

  • Via Operations Planning, request intercompany transfers ofinventory from Riverside to Amazon warehouses.

  • Via Salespad, create order shipments.

  • Via the Customer Portal, create labels for order shipmentsand coordinate shipments with Riverside warehouse.

  • Coordinate receipt of goods at Amazon and send Financenotification of receipt.

  • Monitor returned goods through Customer Portal.

ProductListings:

  • Once Sales has identified the product(s) for listing, createintercompany transfers to move goods from Riverside to Amazon through thecurrent business operating system(s).

  • Coordinate with internal departments to validate product isavailable for shipment and ensure that the product meets the Amazon shippingcriteria.

  • In conjunction with Riverside warehouse, communicate thenumber of cartons, weight and other pertinent information.

Reporting:

  • Run sales reports through Customer Portal as needed forvarious internal departments.

Finance:

  • With Finance, ensure receipt of cash payments for consumerpurchases have been completed in the Customer Portal.

  • Notifiy Finance of cash receipts on a regular basis.

Performother duties as requested or assigned.

Qualifications:

MinimumRequirements:

  • 4 year degree or equivalent experience

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills/experience

  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

  • Ability to clearly communicate information both verbally andin writing

  • Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy
