Summary: Supervises food and beverage department activities and employees to ensure smooth and efficient service throughout the Mian and ensuring Team Members meets service and liquor control standards.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Ensures compliance with regulatory controls both internal and external including but not limited to state and federal laws and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.

  • Ensures compliance with liquor control regulations.

  • Hires, trains and manages team members in accordance with organizational and approved departmental standards, policies and programs.

  • Maintains high food, service and health and safety standards.

  • Responds to guest and team member needs and resolves complaints and issues.

  • Inspects food and beverage outlets and observes workers and patrons to ensure compliance with occupational, health, and safety standards.

  • Ensures bars are stocked, cleaned and properly staffed

  • Controls labor and operating expenses.

  • Schedules and directs team members in the performance of work assignments.

  • Maintains high visibility during peak periods.

  • Excellent written and communication skills.

  • Ensuring all Guests receive superior service

  • Ability to work flexible hours

  • Ability to reprint player gaming cards from Konami, as needed.

  • Performs all other duties as assigned.



  • Must be 18 years or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Two or more years related experience.

  • Knowledge of POS systems and state liquor law.

  • Must be available to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.

  • Ability to speak an Asian language is preferred.

Physical and Mental Demands:

  • Regularly required to see, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.

  • Ability to communicate verbally with other kitchen staff in fast-paced environment.

  • Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

  • Able to work with others while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

  • Regularly required to stoop or kneel and stand for long periods of time.

  • Regularly required to move with a sense of urgency, including pivoting and shuffling.
