Our Service Values:
You will be our F&B experience Supervisor across all locations in California and New Mexico.
Our team and guests will rely on your impeccable and friendly service delivery. You represent the spirit of the hospitality team and always keep a close eye on the look and feel of our team social spaces across all locations. It is your responsibility to makes sure all F&B spaces are always operational.
You organise and communicate special events in these locations working together with the People Team and Internal communication Team
Your job is to safeguard the hospitality culture and service philosophy and to ensure a consistent service and that all F&B spaces are always in tip top condition.
As your primary work location will be FLIGHT in Los Angeles, however you will be expected to travel to Mojave on a regular basis as well as to New Mexico at times.
Reports to: You report to the GM Astronaut Experience and Hospitality

This is an hourly position
Your work hours are Monday to Friday, 8am
Ability to work 6+ hours on your feet at a time.
You need to be in possession of a valid driver's licence
Valid Food handlers' certificate
You will be travelling to our other locations across states regularly
Willingness to work a holiday if required.
Actively engages in training sessions regarding the company.
Pays detailed attention to uniform and grooming guidelines. (Currently we have not yet received uniform.)

What you bring
Assist in setting up the next Head Quarter location in 'FLIGHT'
Assist in procuring items required to operate the team cafes
Travel between the locations to host and deliver the hospitality experience per location
Responsible for the upkeep of the look of all breakrooms
Manage relationship with third party suppliers such as Coffee and snack providers and food trucks.
Work with the people team on a calendar to ensure that weekly / monthly special occasions are to be celebrated.
Work with the internal comms team and report special occasions worth communicating.
Responsible for booking weekly food trucks for Mojave locations
Assist with events at locations that need F&B support
Communicate with the individual facilities departments regarding the cleanliness of the break areas.
Monitor the usage of items provided by the company.
Report in a weekly report on progress issues and items worked on.
Ensure snacks and drinks provided by the company across all locations are careful considered according to our food policy
Ensure the company provides sustainable and environmentally friendly products
Ensure the vending offering and price across all locations is comparable and consistent
Ensure monthly stock takes are done and recoded correctly.
Report any broken or malfunction items to the facilities teams responsible and follow u to ensure timely repairs
Responsible for ordering any breakroom related items

Physical and/or Additional Requirements
Must be able to work all shifts and available for overtime as well as weekends when needed.
Must be able to stand for extended periods
Must be able to stoop, bend, crawl, and being able to manoeuvre in tight spaces.
Physically able to handle items weighing up to 40lbs (unassisted).
Must be in possession of a up to date food handlers' certificate
