Role Summary:

The QA/QC Inspector II will be responsible for performing QA/QC inspections and creating quality documentation for FAT testing and creating NCR's/ etc.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Work to quality assurance procedures & engineering specifications, etc. as specified

  • Work in partnership with manufacturing management to eliminate the causes of quality problems

  • Ability to read and correctly interpret prints / drawings & specifications

  • Read and interpret assembly and test procedures (FATs)

  • Provide advise to FAT techs as needed during FAT test

  • Collect and verify traceability for each component before assembly

  • Perform inspection of components to specifications using calipers, height gages, thread gages and other mechanical inspection hand tools

  • Comply with all applicable quality, health, safety, & environmental regulations

  • Perform other related duties as assigned indicated by responsibilities

  • Perform all duties as assigned by management

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Minimum of 3-4 years work experience in a manufacturing as a FAT testing role

Desired Characteristics:

  • 3-4 years of experience as an oil & gas equipment

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in quality control applications

  • Excellent time management skills
