This is a 14-week internship program with the potential to continue part-time or turn into a full-time job offer after the internship is over.

We are looking for someone who can bring a strong work ethic and a passion for growth and success to their job. You will work over the phone to recruit and engage agents to work with and grow their business with Senior Marketing Specialists. Learn from working with a close-knit team of mentors within the department.

Skills/Requirements:

• Strong Initiative/self-starter

• Work well as a member of a team

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Basic computer skills (Typing, Microsoft office, etc.)

• 12 hours/week minimum, 20+ hours/week preferred during 8-5 M-F work week

Pay and Benefits:

• This position has a base pay rate starting at $12.30/hr as well as uncapped bonus opportunities

• With bonuses you will have the potential to be making over $500/week
