Job Description:

The Center for Student Leadership and Engagement department is looking for students to supervise the Farrell Student and Community Center.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• general building supervision
• performing hourly rounds throughout Farrell Center
• providing basic technical support for Farrell programs
• assisting in the enforcement of COVID-19 policies
• running weekend movies
• assist organizations and individuals who are using Farrell Center for programs or events
• coordinate and presenting programs
• locking the building at closing time
• communicating with University Police and Facilities
• other duties as requested by The Center for Student Leadership and Engagement

Requirements:

Applicants must:

• have a minimum of a 2.25 GPA
• have a clean campus judicial record
• be available nights and weekends (schedules are different weekly with rotating weekends, team members will have majority of weekends off.)
• be available a minimum of 2 closing shifts per week, (7pm-12:30am, Sunday through Thursday,) and 4 shifts of day desk hours throughout the week.
• minimum of 12 institutional credits at SUNY Delhi
• show proficiency and/or willingness to learn basic theatre tech equipment.

Additional Information:

The Farrell Information Desk will be open from 11am-midnight for the spring 2021 semester. Student team members will be asked to participate in training sessions throughout the semester. Student team members would on average have 15-20 hours per week, depending on class schedules.
