Family/Internal Medicine Physician Needed Leesburg , VA

We pride ourselves on providing excellent patient care in a warm and welcoming environment.Position: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine PhysicianResponsibilities:Provide exceptional primary care services to a predominantly adult patient population

Conduct routine physical exams, including Pap smears

Diagnose and treat common medical conditions

Counsel patients on strategies to promote general wellness

Manage urgent complaints that would be seen in a typical primary care clinic

Collaborate well with an interdisciplinary care team to drive quality outcomes

Review all labs and clinical documents in a timely manner

Complete charting in the electronic medical record within 72 hours of the encounter

Comfort seeing approximately 2-2.2 patients per hour on average, including walk-insMaintain high standard of professionalism when interacting with patients and staff

Working Hours:3 weekdays per week (Monday through Friday): 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM AND1 weekend every other week: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PMBenefits:Flexible schedule for an ideal work-life balance
