Support Program management, analysis and support of ECRC Volunteer, Ombudsmen and Family Readiness Group.

  • Prepares and coordinate appointment letters.

  • Coordinates and provides training.

  • Develops and maintains command FRG bylaws and volunteer position descriptions.

  • Maintains and records volunteer contact information and hours.

  • Reviews ombudsman and FRG newsletter/calendar content and assist in submission to chain of command.

  • Ensures appropriate recognition for official and unofficial volunteers.

  • Conducts mission analysis on all aspects of the IA process.

  • Researches and develops Family Readiness issue papers, data reports, briefings, draft instructions and other documents for approval/signature.

  • Prepares charts, graphs, briefing materials and narrative information for program analysis and reports.

  • Updates and maintains IA Handbook and training materials.

  • Acts as a point of contact for Navy IA families via the ECRC Family Readiness 24-7 Family Careline and email functional accounts.

  • Ensures appropriate data collected, maintained and disseminated to support IA Families.

The Ops Admin Assistant duties will work with the Operations department to track instructor and student pilot NATOPS qualifications, manage logbooks, coordinate with schedulers and enter aircrew data into the Sierra Hotel Readiness Program. Tasks include processing, tracking, documenting, scheduling and generating routine reports. The Ops Admin Assistant will help flow weekly schedules and develop two and three week scheduling shells in support of student throughput. The Ops Admin Assistant will be expected to be proficient in the use of the F-35 Training Management System and SHARP or local computerized scheduling programs in use. Provide training, orientation and assistance to newly hired personnel as required. Additional duties and related responsibilities will be assigned as required. The successful candidate will work closely with other members of the Lockheed Martin training team to fulfill F-35 training objectives. The successful candidate will implement and support Lockheed Martin initiatives, programs and policies as directed Basic Qualifications Candidate must have prior registrar/scheduling experience working with SHARP. Prior TMS experience is required. Must have experience organizing and conducting logbook and NATOPS jacket management. Have prior knowledge in creating pilot/maintainer ALIS ID's for training and training Jacket tracking. Candidate must have worked in an environment which required them to interact with multiple functional areas and personnel of a diverse nature. Use of Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Access and Excel) is required. Candidate must have outstanding interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication abilities, solid ability to organize and work independently and a high desire to provide customer satisfaction.
