This is a traveling position that requires reliable transportation and clean driving record and insurance as required by the state.

Job Overview The Mobile Clinic Nurse Practitioner, reporting to the Chief of Community Health, Regional Medical Director, Associate Chief Medical Officer (ACMO), or Chief Medical Officer (CMO), plays a pivotal role in providing general medical care, physicals, assessments, evaluations, and minor surgeries within mobile clinics.
Ensuring a patient-centered environment, they optimize clinic flow, collaborate with the health team, and instruct trainees or staff. Administrative duties involve staff training, record maintenance, coding, and participation in quality control. The practitioner adheres to the organization s health standards, engages in Quality Improvement initiatives, and contributes to the Patient Centered Medical Home program, offering comprehensive and culturally sensitive care.
Clinical responsibilities include preventive medicine, diagnostics, and adherence to established guidelines for referrals and patient care.
