Golden Plains Specialty Clinic located in Borger, TX is currently seeking a Family Practice with OBGYN Physician.Texas Licensed.
Base Salary: $239,000
RVU Bonus: RVUs greater than 988 per quarter paid at $34.87 per RVU.
Physician Professional Dues and Fees: (subject to approval) Texas Medical Association dues; Texas medical license fees, DEA registration costs, and Texas DPS Controlled Substance registration fees; and specialty board, AMA or sub-specialty association dues.
CME Reimbursement: $3,000 per contract year for IRS -allowed CME expenses, five (five) working weekdays per year (separate from PTO), subject to approval. Carryover of days or expenses is not allowed. Time and expenses for specialty certification, specialty recertification, books and periodicals shall be charged against CME allowances.
Benefits Provided at Hospital’s Expense: professional liability insurance, long term disability insurance, life insurance policy (we provide a policy with a maximum of $150,000)
Other Benefits Available at Physician’s Expense: employee health insurance , dependent health insurance (employee pays premium), dental insurance (employee pays premium), vision insurance (employee pays premium), supplemental life insurance, short term disability insurance, retirement plan
Relocation Allowance: Not to exceed $10,000
Signing Bonus: $15,000 (1/3 paid at signing, 1/3 paid upon 1st day on the job, 1/3 paid @ day 90 of employment [end of probation]).
Educational Loan Forgiveness: Not to exceed $1,000 monthly. We are also in a HPSA designated area.Appointed and Medical Staff Committees, Quality, & Performance Improvement Involved REQUIRED. This provider is an employee and will be held to a high standard of conduct.
